Moxa is warm technique using moxa corn, moxa stick, and moxa-needle. These are most commonly used for cold patterns. Sometimes a TDP lamp (Far Infrared Mineral Heat Lamps) is used to cover a wide area. By heating certain points and areas the intention is to stimulate circulation and induce a smoother flow of Blood and Qi.
