Using the traditional 4 examinations of looking, listening, questioning and palpation, as your Acupuncturist I will be guided to an understanding of how to approach your individual healthcare needs. Sometimes methods such as Cupping, Moxa or Elector-Stimulator (where a small electric current is passed between pairs of acupuncture needles) may be incorporated into the needling treatment to aid in the healing of certain injuries.

Acupuncture is used to treat a vast number of injuries and disorders.

What can Acupuncture Treat?
According to the World Health Organization, the National Institutes of Health and clinical experience, Acupuncture is useful in the treatment of:

Chronic and Acute Pain – Injuries, headaches, neck and back pain, tendonitis, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome
Neurological Disorders – Post-stroke recovery, Bell’s Palsy & Trigeminal Neuralgia, movement disorders
